- Perform diagnostic X-rays (Full Scope preferred)
- Ensure proper positioning, technique, and radiation safety (ALARA)
- Prepare images for provider and radiology overreads
- Room patients and assist providers with exams and procedures
- Run point-of-care labs and support clinical workflows
- Administer treatments within scope
- Discharge patients and provide instructions
- Help maintain patient flow in a high-volume clinic
- Assist with both clinical and front office tasks as needed
- ARRT registered (or eligible) – preferred
- Tennessee X-Ray License – required
- Full Scope strongly preferred (Limited Scope considered with experience)
- Experience in urgent care, ER, or high-volume outpatient setting is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Willing to take on both X-ray and Medical Assistant responsibilities
