- 5 providers (in partnership with an active Medical Director)
- A moderately complex on-site laboratory (supporting the Lab Director)

- High-volume urgent care environment
- Overseeing daily operations and compliance of a moderately complex lab under CLIA regulations
- Coordinating with the Lab Director and Lab Technical Consultant who provides technical and compliance support
- Working with our Billing agency supporting billing processes to assure proper re-imbursement
- Ensuring proper staff training and adherence to lab and clinical protocols
- Monitoring documentation and workflows to support accurate billing and compliance
- Efficient patient flow, healthy wait times
- High patient satisfaction and strong team engagement
- Accurate, compliant documentation in Experity EMR
- Providers and staff following charting and billing protocols
- Lab operating within regulatory standards without deficiencies
- Strong KPI monitoring and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Healthcare Management or related field
OR - Clinical background (RN, LPN, CMA) with supervisory experience
- Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in a medical office or urgent care
- Familiarity with CLIA regulations and moderately complex lab oversight preferred
- Experience supporting compliance, documentation accuracy, and revenue integrity
- EMR proficiency (Experity experience a plus)
