- Room patients, obtain vitals, medical history, and reason for visit
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
- Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, COVID, UA, etc.)
- Draw blood and process labs (in-house and reference lab)
- Administer medications and injections per protocol
- Perform drug screens, physicals, and occupational medicine services
- Prepare and clean exam rooms; sterilize instruments and maintain supplies
- Discharge patients with clear instructions and documentation
- Respond to patient calls, lab messages, and follow-ups
- Support overall clinic flow and step in where needed
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (AAMA, AMT, or equivalent)
- 1+ year experience in urgent care, ER, or busy outpatient setting preferred
- Comfortable with phlebotomy and lab work
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to take ownership and support the team across all areas of the clinic
